In the season of harvest, farmer families who have immigrated to cities for life, go back to their farms and hometowns. Harvest season is when more lights go out in the cities and the farms and mountains start lighting up. Join us in the season of harvesting the red gold of Iran.

Arrival at the international airport of Shiraz. You will be welcomed by one of our representatives and they will accompany you to your residence place in Shiraz.

If you have the chance to see how important saffron is in Persian cuisine and what delicious dishes, desserts and drinks could be made using it, visiting saffron fields in the upcoming days would be much more interesting to you. That’s why the first day of your trip is devoted to cooking food made of saffron. You will never forget this day and learning to cook these food.  Overnight stay in Shiraz.

On this day, you will visit the historical attractions of Shiraz. In the morning, you will visit Nasir Al-molk mosque, Qavam orangery, and the shrine of Seyyed Alaedin Hossein. In the afternoon, you will see the historical gardens of the city of Shiraz and the tomb of great Persian poets, Hafiz and Saadi. Overnight stay in Shiraz

You will move to the saffron fields of Estahban city. The biggest fig gardens of Iran are to be found in Estahban.

Pomegranate is one of the most popular fruits because of its beauty and the anti oxidine that is found in its red seeds. They are in season during Autumn. One month prior to the harvesting season of saffron and pomegranate is the right time to harvest persimmon! If there are any persimmons left on the trees you will visit persimmon gardens then you will make your way to the city of Darab to see local citrus fruits. You will head to the city of Jahrom for seeing its citrus gardens and visiting Sangshekanan cave. Overnight stay in an ecolodge in Jahrom

on this day, you will go back to the city of Shiraz and if possible you will see the pink lake near this city. A visit to rose water distillation workshop will be the last thing that you will enjoy in this memorable journey.
